In-Person and Online Therapy
Do you find yourself overthinking relationships, feeling deeply affected by rejection, or carrying a sense of not quite being enough?
You may appear capable on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt, or a feeling of being disconnected from yourself.
Together, we can make sense of the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped you, helping you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
Transactional Analysis Counselling for Anxiety, Relationships & Self-Worth
You may spend a lot of time looking after others, holding things together, or hiding parts of yourself that feel vulnerable, messy, or difficult to share.
You may find yourself overthinking conversations, questioning your worth after a disagreement, or feeling deeply affected by the people you care about. Perhaps you are exhausted from putting others first, struggling to trust your own feelings, or feeling as though you have to work hard to earn your place in relationships.
Often, these difficulties can be rooted in earlier relationships and experiences that shaped how you learned to cope, connect, and see yourself.
A Space to Truly Reconnect with Yourself

Working with a therapist who feels right for you can offer something many people have rarely experienced: a space where you do not need to pretend, perform, or face things alone.
A place where you can feel deeply heard without judgement, and where the parts of yourself you usually keep hidden can gradually be brought into the light with care and acceptance.
I aim to create a relationship grounded in warmth, curiosity, and authenticity, where you can explore whatever you are carrying, including the parts that feel anxious, ashamed, angry, needy, lost, or uncertain.
My approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and in the belief that our responses make sense in the context of our emotional history. Rather than seeing these patterns as flaws, we can begin to understand how they developed and what they may have been trying to protect. Together, we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, developing a deeper understanding of yourself and a more accepting relationship with the parts of you that have been shaped by life’s challenges.
As this understanding grows, many clients find they can relate to themselves with greater compassion, feel more confident in their relationships, and experience a deeper sense of being good enough as they are.
Many clients come to therapy carrying things they have never felt able to say out loud. One recent client described their experience this way:
"Sanaze created an environment where I felt completely safe to be myself. [...] Her measured and compassionate manner helped me feel heard and understood."
